At Earthi Ayurveda, your skin’s happiness is our priority. Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept physical returns once products have been opened or delivered. This policy protects product integrity and customer safety.
However, if something about your order isn’t right, our team is always here to help.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@earthiayurveda.us.
While we cannot accept returns of opened products, our team may offer one of the following resolutions after review:
• Store Credit to try another product better suited to your needs
• Partial or full refund at our discretion
• Personalized product recommendations
Our goal is always to ensure you have a positive experience with Earthi.
No Returns
Due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
To reduce environmental impact and unnecessary shipping, we do not require products to be sent back.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased during promotions of 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless damaged during transit.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@earthiayurveda.us.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. After the order has been fulfilled, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
